Returns and refunds

Yes, we accept returns as we know you will be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If ordering from Amazon during Canada Post Strike negotiations, you will return via your amazon account. For all bulk orders, we refund the product cost only minus a 25% restocking fee.  No shipping charges will be reimbursed.  Why a restocking fee?  Each order must be recounted to assure all items are accounted for and in perfect condition.
